From my recent playthrough of ME1 I forgot how funny this guy was and the best part is he isn't mentioned in ME3 when you find the remains of Pinnacle Station, you get a Turian special forces team lead by Vidinos as a War Asset.

Cassandra - totally oblivious to the fact she is just like her brother. Plus going all the way to Andromeda to get away from him is all kinds of crazy. At least Conrad stayed closer to home.
