Why can't I every get a Krogen?

Please just give me a Krogen some time on multiplayer! lol I almost have everyone else. (Ps3 Reddawn775)

    Hi Reddawn775,

    Spectre Packs and Premium Spectre Packs are randomly generated. They include 5 random items or characters with at least 1 Rare or better (Spectre Pack) or 5 random items or characters, with at least 2 Rares or better and a higher chance for Ultra-Rares (Premium Spectre Pack). This will not change for you, even if you already have almost all of the characters. In a way you can compare this to a collectible card game.

    There's now even a "Reserve Pack" that has a higher probability of giving character cards than a "Premium Spectre Pack" so you might want to try these. Same with "Arsenal Pack" for weapons.
