WHy did this game get so jacked up?

I can't get this thing to work at all. I'm not sure why people keep posting 10+ steps to try to get this game to work. IT SHOULDN'T NEED THIS!!!! FIX IT! I spent $60 for nothing. My hardware is more than double the recommended requirements and I've shut all the graphic settings off. I don't have an abnormal name as a user so throw that theory out the window. It seems this user name, admin, and several other "ideas" don't work for the majority of the people so it should stop being recommendations for fixing this game. In the start up screen I have about 180+ FPS but when I click on the mouse button it takes anywhere from 10-20 seconds to respond and the frame rates drop to 10-12 FPS. I don't have headphones plugged in and I don't use a controller to eliminate any distractions from getting this game to work. I think it's the Origin application (which should burned all together because it jacked with so many of my games I bought them on other platforms). I can't even use the movement keys. When I press the "W" the game freezes and Shep doesn't go anywhere.  It even hangs up when attempting to go into the menu. I don't get HOW anyone is able to even get this game to load. It took me near 45 minutes to create my character because the game screen froze each time I clicked the mouse and would stay frozen for 10-15 seconds. This release reminds me SOOOO much of Fallout 76 (die hard Fallout fan) and I was so highly disappointed at the beta I never bought the full release. Could someone please tell my why this has been such a horrible release and game seems to not work for anyone correctly.
