Why is my EMS and total military strength the same? And how to get "best ending"?
My EMS is 6465 and so is my military strength. I also just reached 100% galactic readiness, I thought my tms was multiplied by my galactic readiness percent or something. And I didn't assault the ill...

But seriously, anything over 3,500 EMS (with the EC installed) lets you pick from the availble options and get the ending you prefer.
