WIll Mass Effect 4 be avaiable on STEAM instead of Origin??

PLEASE - put Mass Effect 4 on Steam instead of Origin. Origin is worthless. I do not want cloud thingymabob as a storage device EVER - completely worthless waste of time and energy that does not function correct - not even once - I just want to play the games I paid for in peace - without all the headaches of trying to get games to save and stay saved - not having 6 hours worth of gaming (most of which was trying to get the game to work correctly) completely disappear.  Thanks in advance.

  • EA and Valve have disagreements on how DLC should be distributed, which is why EA sticks to their own platform.

If you have problems with cloud saves, disable them. I only store my saves locally and never have any issues.

Thanks for the info. I was having issues with ME 1 and was told to turn Cloud storage on as part of a solution. It seems to be working now - So we shall see - My kiddo has a Xbox so I kind of understand the cloud storage thing - as a PC user only - it seems to complicate things a lot more than they need to be. Mhhh.. Thanks again for the info about ME4 - I am happy to find that they are finally making it. (smile).

    Peace!

I don't hate it, but I prefer games that don't require a game client, whether that client is Origin, Steam or Uplay. I buy from GOG whenever possible because all games they sell are DRM-free.
