Xbox360 Mass Effect Black Screen Glitch/Bug

Hello, I recently purchased Mass Effect 3 about a month ago, so the problem is that I beat the game once then after I figured I would replay the game trying the good guy side of things and choosing a different character to live well that wasn't the case because after I turned off my Xbox to go to bed the next morning I though "hey lets go play ME3" Well nope sure enough I got nothing but a black screen after launching the game.

So I would either like a refund of my 20 dollars or an answer on how to fix this, I deleted my saves thinking that it would help but sure enough it made it worse so yea,
