Sara and Scott*. Only John Shepard deserve to be called ''bro'' and only Jane Shepard deserve to be called FemShep. Sara and Scott just, disappointingly, are.

Huh, what? What did i just read?🤔
If he wants to call his characters BroRyder or FemRyder let him be. Both Ryders are fine, they represent a different personality and storyline than Shepard. Ryders are also ~25 while Shepard was (lazy to google the birthdate) ~35. Not to forget they are explorers after all.

The Ryder twins are 22 years old - excluding age added during stasis as they did not technically age. Shepard is, depending on how long Shepard was dead during the Lazarus project and if you count that, 33 or 30 years old.
He can call them whatever he wants as long as he knows that fem/bro>name< belongs to Shepard. Most likely since they don't exist at the same time, always one and both are called Shepard so one is BroShep and one is FemShep *unlike* with the Ryder twins. They are rarely called Ryder. They are called Sara or Scott which destroyes the need to distinguish the two by adding ''bro'' or 'fem'' to the Ryder name.
It's like if the Pathfinder wears the N7 armor and talks to Christmas. He'll get mad and start spouting that you need to ''earn'' the right to wear that armor.

And nobody gives a single damn what Bradley was barking about you are not worthy to wear the N7 - sorry, make a new armor set for biotic then i will consider it Mister Bradley. Anyway it belonged to Shep (since Alec had the Pathfinder set), so we shouldnt wear it either since its a replica of the iconic Bro and Femshep? Ew...
These things are not written in stone so it might be disturbing for you if somebody put the bro or fem title to the Ryders but i dont see anything wrong with it. Just because somebody started to call them like that and it became famous doesnt mean they should be the only ones being called like that.
I agree they sound a weird "BroRyder, FemRyder" but the hey tastes differ. You dont like it, its your call but dont jump on somebody who is on a different opinion than you.
- 8 years agoI think, in-universe, everyone does care. As do people like me, true Shepard supporters. The Pathfinder shouldn't wear the N7 armor because, unlike their Alec Ryder, they haven't gone through the training to earn it. N7 is the only designation allowed to be worn on the battlefield, just shameful to it isn't worn be an actual N7 if not worn by Alec Ryder. And there already is a new armor, that is exclusive for the Pathfinder, the Helius Defender armor. That can be the Ryder twin's armor. You are aware of how hypocritical that sounds ''dont jump on somebody who is on a different opinion than you.'' Since that is what you're doing here, this isn't your fight. Add to that, I've said what I've wanted to say. Nothing else matters, the true fans knows what they should do.
