Character Tobor is stuck. My Sims Kingdom Cozy Bundle

Having this exact same issue, completely softlocked my game

Same here. I’ve tried everything I can and still no luck. I really don’t want to start over. 

This is also happening to me! I'm on the billboard placing task and he's fallen off the diner cliff to stand by the trees below. I've placed the billboards but he won't move. I can't face starting again 😭 

Is he on the cliff for you? He got stuck there for me with Lyndsay. I was able to get her to get unstuck eventually by going into Professor F's lab, but not with Tobor. I'm able to get him to walk a step here and there, but going down the ledge seems impossible. It looks like NPCs aren't supposed to get up to this location, so they have no pathing to correct it, but it seems trivially easy to accidentally get them down there and softlock yourself. Weird that a game reset can't fix it....

Well this is a disappointing thread. I was hoping to find a solution for it but I guess there isn’t one. 🥲

Was really hoping to find a solution to this but apparently there isn't one... Ended up starting over 

Put down a billboard!! He will walk to it and put his poster up!! It fixed it for me when nothing else did!!!!

I had the same issue. Make sure you place the board in a spot tobor can reach. There should be no objects covering his way to the board. Try a few different spots if nothing seems to be working you can teleport tobor to the dock and let him try again.
