Community Managernow to business matters. I downloaded the update for mysims today 12/13/24. and am still seeing copies of characters in my game. i have two copies of karine and she is not currently living in my town. please do not stop working on this problem. i look forward to the next bug fix. thank you for all your hard work.

We are looking into this now. Since our fix was targeting residents of the town specifically, we may have other edge cases like this to address.

I now have two copies of jenny in my town. I don't know if the issue is coding with specific characters or if it's a overarching theme for all residents, so I thought I would let you know. Thank you for taking the time to look into this :)
