My sims Cozy Bundle

Hey has anyone else experienced this, I’ve been playing Mysims for a couple days now and suddenly anytime I give someone a task item or try to move a townie sim in after I push done to go back to the game the game glitch’s on the loading  screen? It doesn’t happen when I move commercial sims in only townies and it only does it when I give them a task item that they asked for not when I just gift them something random
