MySims crashes every time I try to save

Every time I try to save my game, it crashes and I get an error that says "the software was closed because an error occured". At first it only happened sometimes, but now it is every single time no matter what. I tried every solution possible, checking for corrupt data and redownloading the game, deleting the game completely and redownloading, even resetting my switch entirely and setting everything up again and nothing has worked. I have checked multiple times and my switch and the game are both fully up to date. EA help told me to make a post here.
