To take a screenshot, you press F1. To do fishing, you put the bobber over the bubbles and when it is in the water, press your left mouse button and pull it back.
Thank you so much, Rosemow. You can believe how helpful this was. So many times I saw cute moments where I thought would make a good screenshot, but I never could figure out how to take one. :)
