Edit: I think your issue sounds similar to another fan's post. Are you getting an error message when you try to log into your account? Is your account linked to Facebook?

1. Check for app updates and install any that are available.
2. Restart your device.

I have tried every troubleshooting method they have. And yes, I have my user ID

I have the same problem of logging in my NBALIVE mobile account.

All my content is backed up to Facebook and I do have my user ID.

Should put here ? Or send it privately ?
