Game keeps crashing
Games keeps crashing as soon as the ea sign comes.I tried reinstalling, removing cache , restarting phone but nothing worked. The app and phone os are up to date.Pls help

Just started having this issue today to the point I reinstalled the game. And no dice. Also didn't work on wifi or on mobile data.
Why won't the nba live app load
Game crashes now won't be able to get kawi Leonard from superhero event I paid for the $5 VIP pass is there any way I can get reimburse I tried everything to get it to connect no luck
I've tried every Troubleshooting tip imaginable. App opens and closes immediately. Android, Google Pixel 6

Samsung 22 ultra running Android 13.

No error message. 1st a white screen with the NBA Live app icon in the center shows up for a split second. Then the black EA sports screen for a split second. Then it goes back to my home screen.
My settings just say the app closed on my app issue history screen.
I was trying to win the Embiid on the Live Events screen and trying to win the Westbrook even (to get Anthony Davis mainly) and I invested in the Giannis month long event heavily.
- @EA_Solaire I can't find my user ID because the App doesn't open to see the settings. I've tried all the Troubleshooting tips. I have a Google Pixel 6 Android and the app just shows the EA screen for a split second and then shuts down immediately. No error messages or anything given.
- I am playing on samsung galaxy a52 there were no error messages and i cant get my user id because it crashes as soon as it gets to ea logo
