1 player steps to eliminate all online players in game

In single player what are the steps to eliminate online players to be in your game, how do you jump from 1 location to another, what are the steps thanks

In the settings menu, go to alldrive and select friends game or single player. That way you will be with just friends or alone. You can only teleport on the map from the hideout so you need to enter one of the hideouts in order to do that.
