21x9 Resolution is poorly supported

I returned the game today due to poor support for 21x9 resolutions on PC. I had been looking forward to this game, but I was pretty frustrated when I saw that all of the natively filmed 21x9 cutscene...

    the only blackbar occur for me is, on the cutscene, in mission intro, map and buying engine part. The rest is 21:9 even in garage. But it is very strange to see a cutscene with cinescope ratio(21:9) scale to 16:9 in a 21:9 monitor.
