I've been watching a lot of YouTube videos saying that in order to get it you have to have played NFS 2015 (idiotic requirement already, by the way) but I have a feeling you actually need to own NFS 2015 in order to get it, which would make it a $15 DLC.
I've played NFS 2015 as trial but I don't have the car, which means I was either right and it's paid DLC, or it unlocks later in the story. Which is it?

Yup this R34 Skyline really does look cool in person. Just saw one today and I'd definitely paint it up like a General Lee if I owned one. I wonder if you can get a HEMI to fit in it?
