60 FPS workaround without speeding the game up.

So it seems that a modder at Guru3D found a workaround to the 30 fps cap. Just add these commands to the game's shotcut directory or at Command Line Arguments (Game Properties): -GameTime.MaxSimFps...

Nice.

I'm with a single 7970 6 Gb edition and this works great... 90% of the time it locked on 60 FPS... but like people said- there are cuple things that behave very strange and it make the game easier... like the emp time....
