So what does this mean given the multiplayer focus of the game? If performance effects the simulation rate with the 60fps fix I'd probably just deal with it at 30, but what about, say someone running the 60fps tweak before they actually fixed it so he's zooming around at double speed. Or the EMP bonus? Is the game going to be rife with speedhackers because of this, or does it knock you offline if it sees an inconsistency?
it will be and allready is full of speed hackers. seen a bunch allready.

Tested this out on a i7, 2xTITAN rig, a mate of mine, and whilst the workaround gives us 60FPS mostly everywhere, the problem is that the camera and physics also get messed up, drifting is much harder, also there is a lot of understeer and the car feels heavier (even at 60FPS), how are you guys experiencing it?

Yes, it's true...
Like some other players have said. Physics are messed up.
I am now waiting for a patch, because to me this is not a solution.

It felt the same to me, only times it does change is when the fps drops. I doubt that SLI Titan setup makes any difference really since the problem is that it doesn't seem to tax the system anyways. 4 fps in drops isnt't much, but it this game it heavily affects the steering, that's probably why you felt like the car had an increased weight or that the steering was more unresponsive?

no, even at rock solid 60fps there are some slight differences compared to 30 fps. if you played alot with 30 fps ( i played whole racer carrere that way) and than drive with 60 you will feel it.
I hope the devs will fix this, it should not be too hard since the basics allready work. i think some things might just still rely on 30 fps and thats making the small differences.
Dark souls was the same. if you unlocked 60 fps the game ran fine but there were tiny differences like the roll animation beeing 2-3 frames shorter etc.
