I've wasted a day trying to help my son figure out why this game won't allow him access.
Account doesn't meet minimum requirements is the error message.
His account is not age restricted on xbo...

Community ManagerThere are three reasons you are possibly seeing that:
1) One of your accounts is underage
2) Your security settings are not correct
3) You do not have an active XBL Gold or PS+ subscription
Hi Baz,
1: As the parent i changed the age of my 12 year old to 37 like me.
2: there's 6 months of XBL active.
3: As a 37 year old player my child doesn't have any restrictions on his account for me to change.
And we still cant accesses Need for Speed 2015, NFS Pay Back or EA servers..
