I lost all my progress in need for speed heat.also I lost the digital deluxe edition I had purchased.Used to be a high level now lvl 1 switched from ps4 to ps5.my ps4 had stopped working so switched ...
Unfortunately, there's no way to recover lost progress through EA Support. You will need to start all over again.
