Same issue here. Seems like the cars are all loading a stock loadout and not loading the mods.
Tried putting car back to stock then reinstall the upgrades and didnt work. Tried deleting and reinstalling the game. Same issue. Nossan gtr was hitting 155mph and now I cant get it past 125mph

Hello I am having the current issue as well, all my cars are significantly slower. But for some reason when I put my care in reverse it’s fast. My reverse time 0-60 is much faster than in drive which is really weird. It’s like eveyrbting is stock but for some reason reversing is normal. Anyone know how to fix this?
