It still not working for my PS4
I've tryed all but it's not working. The problem started when i've updated the software system of my PS4 to version 3.11

DICE TeamI am looking out for other reports but haven't seen any so far. This might mean you are now experiencing another issue. Can you make sure that you have tried all the basic troubleshooting steps as explained here:

One more thing you could try is resetting your console settings to default:
Select [Initialization] > [Restore Default Settings], and then follow the screens.
In the meantime, I will look out for other reports on this matter.
