Anyone having issues with unauthorized purchases?

Is anyone having issues with unauthorized purchases? Twice now I've had purchases that I didn't make on Need for Speed No Limits No Limits mobile app.

    If you believe someone may have access to your Apple account, I would first recommend getting in touch with Apple support for assistance with securing your account. 

    In addition, you may want to reach out to our support to see what other steps may be available.

    Hi @fdfe34d810968d98 

    To confirm are these happening from your Device? purchases for our Mobile game will go through your NFS No Limits game > to the app store your using (Depending on which device you have)...

    Do you just see these charges on your card or if you search your purchase history do they connect to when you play and make a purchase?

  • They are not coming from my mobile device. Somehow someone has either hacked my account or is using my apple account to make these purchases.

    Yes I do see purchases on my credit card and in my purchase history. I also get emails notifying me of these purchases

  • I immediately changed my Apple password once I saw the charge, I removed my credit card connected to my Apple account and then reported the fraud to my credit card company.

    I spoke with customer service at EA Games and told them what happened. The rep said she would send my info over to the department that handles security.
