Does anyone know how to contact ea about a problem with their game? It’s nfs heat with daily challenges not showing up that is the problem. Doesn’t feel like ea are looking at the posts here since they have not replied to any of the posts regarding this problem. So I want to send them a report but can’t find anywhere to do that.
EA is re ta r de d i hope that they ll gone soon... This what they make with classic games is a crazy... and now they pe e on their last fans, same was with me i raported them few issues with Heat and no feedback from them, anyway if i should sum this companty i think they are one of worst. EA suck my **** !!!
I can't play at all keeps giving me a block error code: 0000000002

You have to speak to ea live chat tell them about the problem and they will pass it over to the development team, the more people do this the better the bug will get fixed faster, as of right now it’s unattainable to get the platinum until daily challenges is fixed. it’s not fair that they’re still selling the game to people and add on content, when this is happening, I bought this game with the attention of getting the platinum at the end of completing and now booting it up and seeing the daily challenges are not working. It’s very frustrating.
