audio error/bug

can someone help me? all of my game from steam that requires origin to play, the audio always has some kind of bug when I use my headset. Like it was recorded from a phone or something (kinda distorted) or maybe you can just say it has low-quality audio and it affected my whole laptop audio until I closed the game. I've bought battlefield v before and it has the same problem. I thought it was from my battlefield so I uninstalled it but my NFS heat also has the same problem. I also played Apex a long time ago but from origins, not from steam and it doesn't have the audio bug. Idk if it's because it was a long time ago or because I played from origins but if you find any solutions, pls help. Thx
