Autolog issues. I can't see times of friends on Speedwall. Help!

Hello everyone,

Thanks for your patience while we investigated the issue. Unfortunately due to a security issue specific to Need for Speed The Run’s Autolog system we will be unable to restore its functionality to the game. However, online gameplay is completely unaffected and remains fully available for you to race against other players.

Thats exactly what I was thinking but as I am not from the US, I was not able to find the correct words.

To speak for me: I got NFS for PS4 from a friend for a few days.... I dont need it. My son who is 16 tested it too and I thought, maybe he has some fun with it but he said: No Dad. I dont need it too. Its not better than The Run.

If you find some FB-Groups, tell me, I`ll join too. I already went to EA`s Twitter and asked when will they fix this Autolog issue but got answers like "tell us the error message" or "the servers are up and running" I m just asking myself: Do they really do not understand the problem or is this a problem which should not make it out to the public?

Like I already wrote: I dont blame Tom for this. He is just the messenger and tells us what he is allowed to tell us. But I am done with EA. And that is not just The Run that I stopped playing and uninstalled it from PS3/PS4/PC. The only way to get me back as a customer is, to fix The Run or do it for the PS4. Maybe NFS The Run II or something like this. There are many other games from PS3 that came out for PS4 so it couldnt be that difficult.

Edit: Dont waste your time with trying to make that Trophy available. I dont need it. What I and many others want, is to play the game in full.

Oh why oh why did I start another EA game, please can you patch the game to either unlock the trophy/achievement just by loading up the game or fix the Autolog so we can get it, we want to complete the game/get the platinum trophy.

If you want your new games to sell, stop putting online trophies/achievements in them if you won't support and fix them.

I really don't understand the sheer number of EA games for which a single (or a couple) of trophies/achievements are dependent on some online feature which either stops working or gets disabled. The only thing that makes any sense to me is that EA deliberately include these trophies in games and deliberately disable them after a period of time in order to force their customers to buy their latest version of the game. We all should really be complaining not to EA, but to the relevant authorities in your local region since there are most likely laws about suitability for purpose of products which are still being sold, and the advert for The Run on PSN actually states:
Beat Your Friends — Connect to Autolog. Compare your times against those that matter most. Compete to be the best. Autolog now tracks your entire career - making every second of every race count in the battle to be the fastest to New York.
That's now false advertising and both Sony and EA can be sued and/or forced to refund all money to everyone who bought the game since January.
