Autolog profile picture won't change

Hi, when I try to change my profile picture in autolog, it will not change the picture. It will state that it was successfully uploaded, but the new picture will not appear. I tried on multiple computers and phone using different images as well.

    most wanted no inga,e picture in the billboard.

    There has been 6 years & I still can’t change my profile photo, I’m playing need for speed payback & the oldest photo still there,

    Same problem occuring with my Xbox Gamerpic, it shows the old one i had from my 360 gamerpic, should show my current XB1 gamerpic in game instead.
