Bad glitch happened to me yesterday and I loss all my progress

That's possible, but as I said, it should download from the cloud.

@EA_Aljo And you are sure that it should download from the cloud right ? , because it's hard for me to loss all my progress that I've played 95 hours in less then month to get all of my progress that I have it now

    Again, I can't guarantee that you won't lose any data. In most cases it does, but I'm not going to say with 100% certainty it will. You're welcome to contact Sony support for more details on how this works.

        You can go to www.playstation.com. Also, since we can't respond immediately here, I recommend going to www.google.com and typing into the search field "Sony PlayStation Support". That should find a direct link to their support.
