We know the subject of Toyota is on a lot of minds over the last few weeks. As many of you here suspect, there will be no Toyota cars in Need for Speed Payback. While we’re as disappointed as you are, we do hope that we’ll once again see Toyota back in Need for Speed in the future."

Until now none Ferrari and possible nor Lexus because is of Toyota Motor too.
Unfortunately Toyota has a policy of not allowing it's cars into street racing games.
@NathanLoiselle The Supra is in Forza Horizon 3 and it was in NFS 2015. So its either an agreement issue, licensing issue or they wanted more money and EA said no.
Forza Motorsport 7 also will not have Toyota cars, possibly none Lexus too.
Probably a new policy they have now. I am sure that they will change that. Toyota is having trouble making appealing cars now-a-days anyways. We have BMW, Lamborghini, Chevy etc in this game. Plenty of good cars to choose from.
