Black Screen Only Shows HUD!!!

First off i posted what my issue is at approximately 7 am on release morning. Not only have i been ignored but staff but my issue was grouped with people Whom are not even experiencing the same problem as I am(by EA_TOM). True after uninstalling and re-installing 5 times i did experience the loading screen hanging, but my consistent issue is staring at a blank screen! I get past the loading screen most of the time. after which i see the first cut scene in which your introduced to spike. he tells me to meet him but one i gain control of the vehicle i am unable to see anything besides the HUD (Rep, Speedometer, and mini map). I can hear the vehicle but i cant see the road or anything that isn't the HUD. I searched all through these forums, I've searched google and i appear to be the only one experiencing this issue(thus far at least) Please help me and don't sweep this under the rug like my last post. As far as i know i am the only one experiencing this issue. here is another image of what i see one i get past the initial cut scene

    Im on xbox one i have uninstalled and installed cleared my cache many of times. Hard reset talked to xbox live people . None of which worked

    Thank you for the quick update. I was not able to have @therealkiddfoxx reproduce the issue, are you able to do this? As in: try your game / disc on another console or vice versa, that would tell us if the issue is related to your console or disc.

    Meanwhile, this issue is raised for the both of you. If I get any further updates, I will let you know.

    I was able to install it on another xbox and its working fine. I dont know what to do for it on my xbox though

    @M0nster_604,

    Thank you for letting me know. I will be perfectly honest with you, since we tried all the troubleshooting I do not have an immediate solution for you. I will pass this on again so we can do further research.

    One question for additional info: what is different between your home XB and the one that worked? Think of everything, also things like a wired or wireless connection etc. Anything you can add will help us look into this.

    Both wireless setup plugged in the same way with hdmi cables the only thing i can think of is one is on a semi newer tv. Both hd just probably a couple years apart
