BLACK SCREEN

Question

I&nbsp;have been able to play the game when I first purchased months ago. It had an issue with my screen and HDR where if I started the game it would launch with a black screen. I could ALT + Enter to fix the black screen but have to turn off HDR if I want to go back to fullscreen. My screen is a 55in LG 4k TV. I play all my games on it and this is the only game I've ever had an issue like this with HDR.&nbsp;

The new issue I am having is a black screen with absolutely no fix. ALT + Enter does not do anything. The sound stops, and no key combination helps. Not CTRL + ALT +DEL and not ALT + TAB either. Even though I am starting the game with HDR off. I have to restart my computer and I'm not able to play the game.

I have an alienware aurora R8, intel i7 9700k and an RTX 2070 SUPER.

When I start Need For Speed Heat it loads up and goes straight to a black screen but it doesn't quit out and go to the desktop it just stays on the black screen forever does anyone know how to fix the problem, please?

the game dont work in origin i get black screen or some weird graphics lighting glitch andfps drop

i want to get refund or transfer NEED FOR SPEED HEAT game to steam

and in steam i can remote play in origin i cant i use my i pad to play i was think it will work in the 2 platforms

even when i add the game in the steam library in non-steam game i cant run remote play

A few possibilities:&nbsp;

Your TV uses Dolby Vision and that does not work well with this game.

My TV does say Dolby Vision when it attempts to load the game with HDR. Why does the game make the tv switch to that mode?
