It is possible to get the Blueprints for the Ford Shelby GT500 Snoop Dogg Edition and the BMW M4 F82 (Razor).
You have to buy crates at the Loading Docks to get both Ford Shelby GT500 Snoop Dogg Edition blueprints and BMW M4 F82 (Razor) blueprints.
You'll also need a lot of luck to get those blueprints. 😉

When I posted that at the time, it was possible to get Ford Shelby GT500 Snoop Dogg Edition blueprints and BMW M4 F82 (Razor) blueprints via Loading Docks. Now, it's impossible to get those blueprints.
In my case it was the first time I get to play with the BMW M4 thanks to temporary event this week. I find it wrong in the game. Should allow that we could evolve the car to the maximum. This also happened to me with the last event ( Lunar Event) Jaguar F -type. Even buying as much as possible but still was missing some Blueprint and this again can not reach the car at the most. Even if it were to pay for it , it was at least to allow this possibility in the game.

We all have the same problem with SE cars. No upgrade path. No only that but when I got the Jaguar at the end of the event it had LESS PR than when I built it in the event.

At the end of special events, all partially-built parts have their materials (gaskets, batteries, relays, etc) stripped off and you end up with a car that has lesser PR.
For example, if you had a purple 5 star engine during the event and you install 3 out of 4 materials required for 6 stars then finish the event you will end up with a purple 5 star engine with no materials i.e. you get to keep the part's color and star, not materials.
I guess it is best that you install materials in parts when you have collected ALL required materials, otherwise they go to waste after the event.
@7ru3blu3 - on the other hand, there is no use for those materials outside a given special event, and you may even get reimbursed for slotted materials which are stripped off at the end of the event, so I do not worry about it and slot anything into epic parts to reach higher PR for the event.
