Bought NFS Heat on steam, cant link to EA account so I cant play the game

Hello, I have submitted a support Ticket. I will post here too, to see if I can get any help. 

I tried to link my EA acc to my Steam acc, as i bought NFS Heat on steam recently.
I cannot start NFS Heat on steam because my steam account is linked to an email I have never heard of.

May I check if there is any way to de-link, and link my real EA account (logged in using gmail) to my own Steam account so I can play the EA games smoothly?

I have been playing EA games since Fifa05 when I was kid. I was shocked when I found out that my EA account was stolen/linked illegally. I used to play NFS twenty years ago when I was in school.
