Need For Speed Undercover Redemption Issue

So redeemed need for speed undercover and it won’t launch and I would like to play it if possible but if you can’t would you please uninstall it from its current state

I need a new code , it says used too many times. I never knew there was a limit. I have changed Computer formats a few times going from windows 10 to windows 11 & back again. I really enjoy the Need For Speed- Rivals as it reminds me of Most Wanted Black Edition in 4K , which I have -PC version - 4 DVD set. Undercover is a good game for kids to play starting out on NFS with cheesy music & poor graphics 😁NFS Payback isn`t a favorite, Rivals is the best since Most wanted 2005 IMO

My NFS Undercover Game redeem download still says Failed To Launch on your end , try again later. About to give up on this game. Can you remove it from my EA App?
