BSOD while playing, now stuck in a boot loop, also cant access repair menu

just build my first pc: rtx2080, i7-9700K, gygabyte aorus ultra, 4x8gb ram PC and i got BSOD when playing nfs heat...what a * experience now my pc is stuck in a boot loop without any chance of getti...

    Went to PC Store, payed 50euro to find out the problem. Turns out the CPU died, so i got a new cpu. amazon refund policy is great
