BUG REPORT - Need For Speed Rivals Overwatch on Need for Speed Network Not Working? - BUG REPORT

I was able to play Overwatch on the Need for speed network for Need for Speed Rivals which I play on my PS3. ONCE and i was able to get up to like level 19 now for some reason it shows me at level 10. Then the next day it was glitchy, It would show people online for about 10 seconds if that then they would poof, then about 20 seconds later they would show up again. They just kept blinking in and out like that. The day after that and ever since then it won't show anyone online, not even myself. I did contact support and they had me check the game settings in my hideout in game on the PS3 and make sure Overwatch was on, which it was since I'd never changed it. I believe they have a problem with the Overwatch on the Need for Speed network and need to work on fixing it. It did allow me to play Overwatch Challenges on the game on my PS3 which allowed me to unlock the Maseratti.

    Thanks for this bug report thread ps3enacirruh -

    We can list 2 issues according to the comments.

    The level displayed is not correct, and there is now a main thread about this specific issue here: Overwatch dropped me 10 levels


    The second issue is the friends status notification or even the player status (like nisktonhen mentioned on his message above) Online/Offline on Overwatch is not working properly. If so, we need to collect more information indeed.

    Can you please list the troubleshooting steps you've already tried?

    I have the problem that I wont get the challenges in my playlist, coz my Network isnt being updated with my game...it says im rank 5 with -32000 SP but im not that anymore, and how i can have a negative number in SP is a mystery to me....

    Im playing on a Xbox 360 and using NFS: Network on both PC and on my Galaxy Tab 3 7"

    Neither iphone app or mac can login onto "network.needforspeed.com" today, Error 500.

    The game has been out for over a year and still these issues persist. I am not able to see any friends in Overwatch. I get suggestions that I should compete with their top scores in certain events or areas, however.

    But at least I can get on Overwatch. My friends cannot even log in to it. I purchased the cheapest NFS: Rivals - PC game. Just the vanilla copy with no DLC. My friends all got NFS: Rivals Complete Edition - PC, and none of them can log in to Overwatch. They all get Error 500: Something went wrong.

    My roommate called in to EA Customer Support. Got ahold of someone after being on hold for 63 minutes. The CS rep was not able to help my roommate and escalated the issue.

    I really like the game, but since Overwatch does not recognize that my friends are online, I cannot help them.

    Hope someone can help me!

    I'm having the same problem. Can't connect or anything on my ps3. Furthermore this douchbag bryangarcia10 keeps screwing with me on it for no reason, taking all the fun out of competition!!! All in all I feel your pain

    If you're having this problem you might as well go to settings- game settings- overwatch, off, when you do that it blocks them from interaction via OW. Should even the score a bit even if he decided to just buff himself after. I've gotten to max OW lvl and the app won't sync anymore.
