Busted Bug

Just ran into a bug. I was being chased by one cop and I crashed that cop. The busted meter was still present but it wasn't running down. I was heat level 4 so I wasn't off the hook just yet, but it was only one cop. I somehow still ended up getting busted and I wanted to bring that to attention.
