Can’t join online sessions

I have a problem with need for speed payback multiplayer. I can’t join any online races. I can only go to the multiplayer manu and when I click casual speed list it loads up half and shows up an error code DR1001. Saying “you have disconnected form the session.” So i need help to fix this problem. I’m playing on ps4 pro. My connection speed is 10mbps download and 10mbps upload.

    I had the same error, I changed the DNS of

    PS4, then the problem had resolved.

    try Google DNS:

    8.8.8.8

    8.8.4.4

    I tried playing need for speed payback on all hangouts (free roam) and it load then this pops up

    can u guys please help me I’ve been struggling with this all day
