can I unlock ultimate parts of a car using another car

they do. Although, you are able to get duplicates of the parts so if you already have them and don't need them you are able to sell any duplicates you want or you can just do the heat races to get more ultimate/ultimate + parts without buying them.

yes. once you unlock a Ultimate or Ultimate+ part, you have the option to use it on whatever car you wish.

what I meant is that Koenigsegg doesnt have ultimate parts in the engine can I still unlock the ultimnate parts of the engine of other cars using the Koenigsegg ?

when you buy the Koenigsegg, it already has the Ultimate parts installed. mine did. i didn't need to install them, as they were already fitted. are you asking if you can use those Ultimate parts already installed in your Koenigsegg, on other cars by swapping them? if that's what you're asking, i don't know. i wouldn't assume so though, because you still need to unlock those Ultimate parts for other cars in general. the game is not going to bypass the fact that you already have Ultimate parts already installed by buying the Koenigsegg. then there would be no real point(other than to earn Rep points) for other players to work their way thru the Heat races to unlock them.

Short answer, no.  

Long answer:  If a car that you buy comes equipped with Ult parts, those parts will only be equip-able for that car.  The parts for that car will not unlock parts for other cars, and you'll still have to run Heat races for the actual unlocks.
