Can I view my Nfs Payback Cars online on mobile phone or pc?

Hi, I used to play NFS Payback on my PS4. I have a car in my garage that I want to view it on my mobile phone or pc because I've been planning to restore a Nissan 280z in real world soon. I have that model in my NFS Payback garage and I want to make it real as a project car. Can somebody help or EA should make this as a feature where we can show our cars on NFS garage via mobile phones or pc.
