Cannot activate Steam key for Need for Speed Undercover
Hello,
Last week, in preparation for Need For Speed Payback, I decided replay all the games I have of the franchise, so I downloaded and installed the NFS: The Run, NFS: MW (2012), NFS: Rivals, NFS (2015) on EA Origin and NFS Undercover on Steam. But, to centralize all my games in an only client, I entered in contact with Steam Support to retrieve my NFS: Undercover CD-Key.
They sent my key, but when I went activate it, shows up it's already activated. I back to the Steam Support, but they said that's beyond they reach.
So, what I do?
I know it's a bit late for reclaim this (i bought the game in 2011), but I feel impaired for this!
I have all e-mails of the purchase, if necessary.
