Cannot edit car's paint/wrap? Game says, "Retrieving your custom wraps..."

@ddillonn Yo Basically I had the same issue what u do is, u go into character customisation and move the cursor over "head" (which is above top options) click change colour by clicking "y" for Xbox or "triangle" for PS4 (it will say the button on the bottom of the screen) then it will show like u being able to change the colour of ur hair... then for some reason I was also able to change the colour on my car after
