I had this issue once on my PS4, it wouldn't let me do anything with my wraps (upload, download, or edit). I figured out it was because my system went into rest mode and it doesn't automatically sign you back in to EA's servers, so I had to manually go online through the start menu and it hasn't been a problem since.
I don't know if this is the problem you are having, but that's the closest I've experienced and how I resolved it. I hope this helps.
@Silvao11 I wish I knew what to do to help you and the others, my best guess is that it's a bug/glitch. I don't recall having a notification of it updating ever since the initial installation when I bought it, which was within a couple of days of the release. I'm doubting that the save file could be corrupt in some way, but I can't rule it out.
Are you able to actually save your progress with this happening?
I'm not new with reading forums, but I'm new to being active on them. I don't know how to mark or move this thread to either technical issues or bug reports. I feel this would be more suited for one of those boards over the general discussion board.

The best thing is to file a case with EA and give them your pictures, videos, and explanation of all issues.
Give them 72 hours to reply back and hope the game gets fixed with each of your issues.

Its ok not your fault. Yes i can save and still play online but no edit or wrap change (blocked)... Also to mention all of this happend when i turn on my ps4 from rest mode with the game open when i was trying to log in a message pop saying "my online content dosent match my offline one, update" so i did (this happend ones before and i did the same thing and it was ok) after this my character complete erased, as well as my cars ( even the m3 that you get for finishing the story was gone) it only left me with one car with no no modification evrything stock. Thanks for you help, i just hope someone of EA READ THIS.
