Can't alter the controls in Need for speed Hot persuit

i have the same problem. additionally, i accidentally changed the menu up and down buttons (why can you even change those?), and when i try to change my buttons, the button goes to clear, which means now i can't traverse the menu at all. or accelerate or deaccelerate

"Press enter to remap" *Presses enter, controls are all changed to "CLEAR"* "Wtf EA..." </3 I want a fix for this *.
