Can't Change Screen Resolution (RX 480)

Every time I try to change the resolution, or change any video setting it sets the screen to 1280x768 and the screen is squished.... I then found a settings file in documents and deleted that.... the...

I think a clean install/update of your video drivers will help. Use the following clean uninstall utility before reinstalling or updating your drivers.
