Can't connect to game (E0003)

I just received my new iPhone XS Max and proceed to restore my latest backup from the cloud and when I wen to run NFS and says No connection like if I were disconnected from Internet.

Tried removing the app and nothing. I also notoced that CSR Racing 2 is having similar issue.

These two are the only ones having network issues.

I’m having the same exact issue.  Have an iPhone XS Max. I reinstalled multiple times.  I can play on old device (iPhone 6s plus) on wi-fi.  I tried over cellular only, wi-for only, hard restarts before and after, etc.  it’s like it’s not even connecting to server at all.  Sometimes it spins for a minute or two before giving the network error but now it appears after 10 seconds.  Hit retry and it immediately comes up again. 

Same here. I've created a support case via Firemonkeys but I've wasted my time ... 😮

Csr2 has an unstable server and doesn't know what they are doing. I've played nfs and ea games like real racing 3 or NASCAR just fine. Ea knows what they are doing. I'm sure it will pass , Op.

Last time I had a case with then it took several weeks for a response. If anyone figures this out please post.  I’ll certainly do the same. Thanks.  

I did a clean install of IOS 12, installed the game and the same problem persists. It's happening with Asphalt 9 too, but not with CSR2. 

Also, I opened a ticket with firemonkeys, that said they will look into the matter.

I deleted the app and did a hard reset on my iphone xs max and downloaded the app again.

Now it works 🙂

Sometime around 6pm EST on 9/24 I restarted the game and it all of sudden started working.   Although I deleted and reinstalled the game several times prior I did not have to reinstall immediately preceding the game starting to work.   I didn't do anything on my phone like change settings that could attribute to the game starting to work.   It leads me to believe that something was done on the server side earlier that day.   Regardless it now works and I haven't had any issues.
