Can't get the game to work! EA Games 2FA screen doesn't let me click Continue.

I am trying to launch NFS Rival but stuck on verification code screen. I enter the email, the code but when i click on Continue, nothing happens!!! I am stuck on this screen. Tried enabling disabling 2FA. I have a PS5

please help!!

Try reinstalling the game and make sure you’re entering the correct code from your email.

I am also having the same issue. I also tried reinstalling it but it didnt work as well.
When I am creating new account it is going through but only one time next when using same credentials it is not going through.
