Cant login to Origin - NFS Rivals

I cant login to origin using the NFS Rivals it prompts "You must be signed into Origin and EA servers in order to access the online features of this title" then it says to click ok and it doesnt dir...

    I have the same issue as OP. Rebooting hasn't changed this issue. Are there any more tips on how to fix this? Thank you.
