Can't use koenigsegg one in NFS rivals

I need help on how to fix this. And yes i have downloaded it from the playstation store.

    Yeah, it's a little bit confusing since it doesn't tell you and the car is not greyed out like the others until you've obtained the rank which is 21 for each faction, in other words - you need to finish the game. Once done, it will be in the list.

    I belive that is a level unlock aswell.

    You need to finish the game (rank 21 in both factions) for the car to show.

    meh, I finished the game twice on PS4, both factions, I am 23 level and Koenigsegg One:1 didn't showed up, so what? I am really tired of this unfinished pre-alpha game, no Maserati & Bentleys after Overwatch problems and no Koenigsegg One:1 now, could be someone that kind and tell me why?
